We are seeking a Senior CIWS Systems Specialist to join our team at Fort Campbell, KY. As a Senior CIWS Systems Specialist, you will be responsible for providing systems engineering and technical expertise in CIWS systems, with a focus on OCONUS rotation and Fort Campbell location.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical expertise in CIWS systems, including system design, development, testing, and integration.
- Develop and maintain system documentation, including technical manuals, diagrams, and other supporting documents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve system issues, and to develop and implement system improvements.
- Provide training and support to junior personnel on CIWS systems, including system operation, maintenance, and repair.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and trends in CIWS systems, and apply this knowledge to improve system performance and effectiveness.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in systems engineering and technical expertise in CIWS systems.
- Strong understanding of system design, development, testing, and integration principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
