The Senior Counsel, Employment (AI Enablement) will provide legal guidance on employment-related matters, focusing on AI enablement and compliance. This role will work closely with the AI development team to ensure that all employment-related aspects of AI development are properly addressed.

Requirements
- JD or equivalent degree in law.
- 5+ years of experience in employment law, preferably with a focus on AI enablement.
- Strong understanding of contract law and employment law.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
