We are searching for a Senior Data Scientist who is not only adept in NLP models with transformer architecture but also brings a passion for cutting-edge technology in the AI space, including familiarity with frameworks like Hugging Face.

What You'll Do as a Senior Data Scientist at Optima Care AI:

  • Develop, maintain, and analyze both structured and unstructured data sets for advanced analytics and reporting.
  • Create impactful reports, projections, models, and presentations to inform and drive business strategy.
  • Contribute to department strategy and make critical decisions on complex technical issues autonomously.
  • Utilize your expertise in mathematics, statistics, modeling, business analysis, and technology to process and interpret large volumes of complex data, turning them into actionable insights.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree with 5+ years of relevant experience, OR a Master's Degree with 3+ years of experience.
  • Proven experience in developing NLP models using transformer architecture.
  • Strong knowledge and practical experience with Large Language Models (LLM) and Generative AI (GenAI).
  • Solid background in mathematics, statistics, and modeling, with a knack for translating complex data into advanced analytic solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle complex analytical tasks requiring in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in NLP, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative discipline.
  • Experience in the healthcare or managed care sector.
  • Proficiency in Python, Hugging Face, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Spark, or similar statistical tools.
