Key Responsibilities
- Architect and lead the modernization of core credit card platforms to ensure industry-leading resilience and performance
- Integrate new data sources into decision-making processes to enhance system quality and decision accuracy
- Orchestrate technical integration of large-scale networks into cloud-native ecosystems
- Provide thought leadership and technical guidance across engineering teams
- Develop clear communications, code samples, and documentation to share knowledge internally and externally
- Mentor engineers and strengthen technical expertise within the organization
Requirements
- 9+ years of software engineering and solution architecture experience
- 9+ years of enterprise architecture and design patterns experience
- 10+ years of professional coding experience in Java, Python, or Go
- 5+ years of experience modernizing legacy platforms into cloud-native environments
- 5+ years of building high-performance distributed systems with horizontal scaling capabilities
