Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans for enterprise software systems
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium and Python
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve software defects
- Implement CI/CD pipelines to ensure continuous integration and delivery
- Analyze test results and generate detailed reports for stakeholders
- Mentor junior QA engineers and promote best practices in software testing
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software testing, with at least 2 years in test automation
- Proficiency in Selenium, JIRA, and CI/CD tools
- Strong programming skills in Python or Java
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
