We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our team in Workforce Planning & Forecasting. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining financial models, analyzing data, and providing insights to inform business decisions.

Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in financial analysis and forecasting
- Strong technical skills in Python, Machine Learning, and AWS
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with data visualization tools and techniques
