Key Responsibilities
- Develop scalable full stack applications using the MERN stack (React.js, Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB)
- Build reusable frontend components and backend APIs with clean, efficient code standards
- Collaborate with development teams and clients to deliver high-quality solutions
- Optimize application performance through database design, API development, and responsive UI improvements
- Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and architectural discussions
- Ensure scalable application architecture and maintain robust authentication & authorization systems
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in modern web application development
- Strong expertise in React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, and Redux/Context API
- Proficient in Node.js, Express.js, and REST API development
- Experience with MongoDB, including database design and optimization
- Ability to work independently in remote environments with strong communication skills
- Familiarity with Next.js, AWS basics, Docker, CI/CD, and Git/GitHub is a plus
