We are seeking a Senior GRC Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and maintaining Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) processes and technologies. This includes developing and maintaining policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain GRC policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Implement and maintain GRC technologies, including risk management and compliance software.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to minimize risk exposure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure GRC processes are integrated into business operations.
- Develop and deliver training programs to ensure employees understand GRC policies and procedures.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in GRC, risk management, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of GRC policies, procedures, and standards.
- Experience with GRC technologies, including risk management and compliance software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
