As a Senior Industrial Engineer III, you will be responsible for leading industrial engineering projects and initiatives to improve manufacturing processes and efficiency. You will design, develop, and implement solutions to optimize production workflows, reduce waste, and improve product quality. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them. You will also be responsible for mentoring and leading junior engineers and providing guidance on industrial engineering principles and practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead industrial engineering projects and initiatives to improve manufacturing processes and efficiency.

Requirements
- Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in industrial engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of industrial engineering principles and practices, including lean manufacturing and six sigma methodologies.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.
