We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) II to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the security and compliance of our information systems, with a strong emphasis on cloud security, risk management, and compliance.
The ISSO II will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate security risks, develop and implement security policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in information systems security, cloud security, and risk management, with experience working in a fast-paced environment.
The ISSO II will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Conducting risk assessments and developing mitigation strategies to address identified security risks.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and address security vulnerabilities.
- Providing security guidance and support to development teams.
- Staying up-to-date with emerging security threats and technologies.
The ISSO II will be required to have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Assurance, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in information systems security, with a strong emphasis on cloud security and risk management.
- Active Sponsor Clearance.
- Strong knowledge of cloud security, risk management, and compliance.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
