We are seeking a Senior Infrastructure Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing on-site technical support and infrastructure management for our State College, PA location. This is a hands-on role that requires a strong understanding of technical systems and infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide on-site technical support for IT systems and infrastructure.
- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and storage systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and implement new technologies.
- Develop and implement technical solutions to improve infrastructure efficiency and reliability.
- Perform routine maintenance and upgrades to ensure system availability and performance.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management and technical support.
- Strong understanding of technical systems, including servers, networks, and storage systems.
- Proficiency in Python, Node.js, and AWS.
- Experience with machine learning and data analytics a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
