Key Responsibilities
- Lead infrastructure engineering teams to design and maintain scalable, secure cloud environments
- Develop and enforce infrastructure-as-code practices using tools like Terraform
- Optimize Kubernetes clusters for performance, reliability, and cost efficiency
- Implement robust CI/CD pipelines to streamline software delivery
- Collaborate with security teams to ensure infrastructure compliance and resilience
- Mentor engineers and drive continuous improvement in operational practices
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering or DevOps
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and Kubernetes
- Strong background in networking, security, and automation tools
- Experience with Terraform, Ansible, or similar IaC tools
- Proven leadership in managing technical teams and large-scale projects
