About the Role
Epic Games is looking for a Senior Manager, Marketing for the Epic Games Store to own the end-to-end product marketing strategy for the store itself. In this role, you’ll lead a team of marketers and partner closely with cross-functional teams to grow the Epic Games Store’s audience, drive engagement, and improve retention. What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for the Epic Games Store, focusing on user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and design teams to ensure marketing initiatives are integrated throughout the product lifecycle.
- Drive growth marketing initiatives, including CRM, email marketing, push notifications, and in-app messaging, to maximize user lifetime value.
- Utilize data and analytics to inform marketing decisions, optimize campaigns, and report on key performance indicators.
- Identify and implement innovative marketing tactics to reach new audiences and deepen relationships with existing users.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Manage marketing budgets and resources effectively, ensuring optimal ROI.
What We’re Looking For
- 8+ years of experience in product marketing or growth marketing, with a focus on digital platforms or games.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive user growth and engagement.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience mentoring and developing marketing talent.
- Expertise in CRM, email marketing, push notifications, and in-app messaging platforms and best practices.
- Ability to leverage data and analytics to inform marketing decisions, optimize campaigns, and measure results.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
- Passion for games and a deep understanding of the gaming industry and player communities.
- Experience with game development or publishing is a plus.
