Key Responsibilities
- Optimize manufacturing processes for medical device production to improve efficiency and reduce waste
- Lead supply chain initiatives to enhance procurement, logistics, and inventory management
- Implement Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to drive continuous improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless production scaling
- Ensure compliance with FDA, ISO 13485, and other regulatory standards
- Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation and standard operating procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing and supply chain management, preferably in medical devices
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and process improvement tools
- Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and regulatory compliance frameworks
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
