About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled and passionate Senior Marketing Artist to join our team, focusing on the Unreal Editor for Fortnite (UEFN) and related tools and services. In this role, you will be instrumental in crafting compelling video content, static imagery, and key art that effectively showcases the power and potential of the Unreal Editor. Your work will directly support marketing initiatives, driving engagement and adoption of UEFN within the creator community and beyond.
What You'll Do
- Create high-quality, inspiring video content and static imagery to market the Unreal Editor for Fortnite and related tools.
- Generate exciting key art and marketing assets for UEFN.
- Collaborate closely with product marketing, content strategy, and development teams to understand product features and marketing goals.
- Conceive, storyboard, and execute visually stunning cinematic trailers, gameplay capture, and promotional videos.
- Utilize your expertise in Unreal Engine to set up scenes, animate, light, and apply post-processing effects to achieve a polished, professional look.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in marketing, video production, and real-time content creation.
- Contribute to the overall visual identity and branding of UEFN marketing materials.
- Provide creative input and solutions throughout the production process.
- Iterate on creative content based on feedback from stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
- Significant experience in video editing and motion graphics, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work in real-time engine environments (preferably Unreal Engine).
- Proven experience creating marketing assets for game development tools or virtual production platforms.
- Expertise in in-engine cinematography, animation, lighting, and composition.
- A keen eye for visual storytelling and strong aesthetic sensibilities.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop).
- Strong understanding of game development pipelines and real-time rendering.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Ability to take constructive criticism and iterate on your work to achieve optimal results.
- Passion for creating engaging and impactful visual content.
- You're a self-starter, able to work autonomously, and prioritize tasks effectively.
