What you'll do

Epic Games is looking for a Senior Marketing Artist to join our team working on Unreal Engine. In this role, you'll be responsible for capturing, editing, and creating incredible visual content across a wide array of Unreal Engine projects. You'll work closely with other Marketing Artists and the Marketing Creative Lead to concept and produce video and still assets for marketing campaigns and events, as well as support the development of our content library. The ideal candidate has experience working in the Unreal Engine and a passion for creating impactful art.

In this role, you will

  • Create engaging marketing materials including videos, sizzle reels, trailers, and still images to showcase new features, products, and announcements related to Unreal Engine.
  • Work with product teams and content creators to understand their vision and translate it into compelling marketing assets.
  • Capture in-engine footage and stills that highlight key features and visual fidelity of Unreal Engine.
  • Edit and composite footage, motion graphics, and sound design into polished, high-quality videos.
  • Contribute to the development of our Unreal Engine marketing content library, capturing best practices, and ensuring a high level of quality in all assets.
  • Collaborate with the broader marketing team to ensure brand consistency and messaging across all creative outputs.

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years experience in motion design, compositing, video editing, and post-production, with a focus on real-time content.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional visual storytelling and high-quality artistic execution.
  • Proficiency with Unreal Engine for in-engine capture, cinematics, and lighting.
  • Expertise in industry-standard software such as After Effects, Premiere, and Photoshop.
  • Experience in creating assets across a variety of campaigns, from events to digital media.
  • A deep understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography.
  • Familiarity with various game capture tools and techniques.
  • You’re a highly collaborative team player who can take feedback and iterate on creative quickly.
  • You’re passionate about games and real-time technology.
