Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and evolution of an AI-powered marketing ecosystem using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, and emerging AI/GenAI capabilities
- Define and own the Marketing Cloud architecture roadmap aligned with business objectives and digital transformation initiatives
- Architect integrations between Marketing Cloud, Salesforce CRM, and external systems using APIs and middleware
- Design robust data models and segmentation strategies for advanced personalization and compliance with global privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA)
- Introduce Generative AI for dynamic email/content generation, campaign optimization, and automated journey orchestration
- Serve as a subject matter expert, mentor Marketing Cloud developers, and establish governance frameworks for data quality and AI model ethics
Requirements
- 7+ years in digital marketing technology with at least 5 years in Salesforce Marketing Cloud architecture
- Proven track record of leading enterprise-scale implementations and omnichannel customer experiences
- Expertise in AMPscript, SSJS, SQL, HTML/CSS, and API integrations
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant and Architect certifications strongly preferred
- Strategic thinking to align technical solutions with business objectives and leadership to guide cross-functional teams
