About the Role

Epic Games is looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to lead marketing strategy and execution for a diverse portfolio of internally developed and third-party published titles.

What you'll do

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for assigned games, working closely with internal teams and external partners.
  • Manage the entire marketing lifecycle, from pre-launch planning to post-launch optimization.
  • Oversee the creation and delivery of all marketing materials, including trailers, social content, and key art, ensuring brand consistency and quality.
  • Analyze campaign performance, identify key trends, and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Foster strong relationships with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective collaboration.
  • Present marketing plans, results, and insights to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience in marketing, preferably within the gaming or entertainment industry.
  • Strong understanding of the game development lifecycle and the unique challenges and opportunities in game marketing.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns across various channels.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • A strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment and build consensus among diverse stakeholders.
