About the Role
Epic Games is looking for a Senior Marketing Manager, Growth to join our team in New York. You'll work closely with product and marketing teams across Epic to develop and execute growth strategies that drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention for a variety of Epic products.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute end-to-end growth marketing strategies, including user acquisition, conversion rate optimization, and retention initiatives
- Leverage data and analytics to identify growth opportunities, optimize campaigns, and drive informed decision-making
- Design and implement A/B tests and experimentation frameworks to continuously improve marketing performance
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and engineering, to align growth efforts with overall business objectives
- Manage and optimize marketing channels, including paid media, organic search, social media, email, and in-product messaging
- Oversee creative development and messaging to ensure compelling and effective campaigns
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in growth marketing
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of growth marketers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in growth marketing or a similar role, with a proven track record of driving measurable results
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, identify actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Amplitude, Mixpanel) and A/B testing platforms
- Experience with various marketing channels, including paid advertising (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads), SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and influencer marketing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and present findings to stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Passion for gaming and a deep understanding of the gaming industry landscape
- Ability to interpret complex data, analyze results, and drive informed decision-making
- Strong proficiency in Excel, SQL, Tableau, Looker, and other analytics tools
