About the Role

Epic Games is looking for a passionate, results-oriented Senior Marketing Manager to join our Publishing team. As Senior Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and executing go-to-market strategies for our new games and products, driving player engagement, and growing our audience. You will work closely with various teams, including game development, creative services, and business development, to ensure successful product launches and sustained growth.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new game launches and ongoing product updates.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and audience segmentation to identify opportunities and inform marketing decisions.
  • Collaborate with game development teams to deeply understand product features, gameplay mechanics, and unique selling propositions.
  • Craft compelling product positioning, messaging, and brand narratives that resonate with target audiences.
  • Plan and oversee integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social, PR, and community.
  • Analyze campaign performance, track key metrics, and provide actionable insights to optimize strategies and achieve business objectives.
  • Manage marketing budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships efficiently.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal and external partners to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in gaming and marketing.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in a Senior Marketing Manager role, preferably within the video games industry.
  • Strong understanding of game development cycles and the unique challenges and opportunities in game marketing.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing go-to-market strategies for successful product launches.
  • Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A passion for video games and a deep understanding of gaming communities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
