Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-performance, responsive web applications using modern frontend frameworks
- Collaborate with designers and backend engineers to implement pixel-perfect UI components
- Optimize frontend performance through code splitting, lazy loading, and efficient state management
- Write clean, maintainable, and scalable TypeScript/JavaScript code adhering to best practices
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers on frontend best practices
- Implement accessibility standards and ensure cross-browser compatibility
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional frontend development experience
- Expertise in React, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
- Strong understanding of frontend architecture patterns and state management (Redux, Context API, etc.)
- Experience with UI/UX principles and responsive design methodologies
- Familiarity with web performance optimization techniques
- Proficiency in testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress) and CI/CD pipelines
