We are seeking a Senior People Technology Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support for our Workday implementation and ongoing maintenance. This includes configuration, testing, and troubleshooting of Workday modules, as well as providing data analysis and insights to inform business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain Workday modules, including HR, Payroll, and Benefits
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights to business stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
- Provide technical support and training to end-users
- Stay up-to-date with Workday product releases and best practices
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with Workday implementation and maintenance
- Strong technical skills, including Python and SQL
- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
