As a Senior Principal Software Engineer (Onsite), you will be responsible for leading the development of complex software systems and providing technical leadership to a team of engineers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy software solutions that meet the needs of our customers. You will also be responsible for mentoring and guiding junior engineers to help them grow in their careers.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on leading teams and technical leadership.
- Strong understanding of software development principles, including design patterns, architecture, and testing.
- Experience with cloud computing platforms, such as AWS.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- BS or MS in Computer Science or related field.
