What You Will Be Doing
ChargePoint is looking for a Senior Privacy & AI Analyst to drive and scale our Privacy & AI Operations capabilities. You will operationalize privacy and responsible AI requirements across products, services, and internal processes, ensuring compliance while enabling innovation.
You will partner closely with Legal, Security, Product, Engineering, and Data teams to embed privacy and AI governance into day-to-day operations. This role is highly execution-focused, emphasizing assessments, reviews, tooling, and process scale.
As a Senior Privacy & AI Analyst, you will:
- Lead and execute Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs), AI Impact Assessments, and Legitimate Interest Assessments (LIAs) across products and business initiatives
- Own the creation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Records of Processing Activities (RoPA)
- Review and assess Data Processing Agreements (DPAs), vendor contracts, and data-sharing arrangements for privacy and AI risks
- Operationalize privacy-by-design and responsible AI principles within product and engineering workflows
- Partner with product and engineering teams to identify privacy and AI risks early and recommend pragmatic mitigation strategies
- Build and maintain scalable processes, templates, and tooling to streamline privacy and AI compliance activities
- Support third-party risk assessments and vendor onboarding from a privacy and AI governance perspective
- Monitor regulatory developments (e.g., GDPR, AI Act) and translate
