We are seeking a Senior Process & Method Engineer to join our team in Singapore. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing process improvements and methods to drive efficiency and quality in a global organization. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to drive business outcomes.

Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in process engineering or a related field.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing process improvements that drive efficiency and quality.
- Strong understanding of lean principles and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
