As a Senior Product Engineer [Backend] at attio, you will be responsible for designing and developing scalable backend systems that meet the needs of our customers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize product requirements, and collaborate with engineers to implement and deploy new features.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop scalable backend systems using Python and Node.js.
- Implement machine learning algorithms to improve system performance and efficiency.
- Collaborate with engineers to deploy new features and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
- Work with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize product requirements.
- Develop and maintain high-quality documentation for backend systems.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in backend engineering with a focus on scalability and performance.
- Strong understanding of machine learning concepts and experience with AWS.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems.
