About the Role

Collectors is seeking an entrepreneurial and strategic Sr. Product Manager to lead AI/ML initiatives as a part of our Shared Services organization. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to lead the full lifecycle of product management from ideation to optimization of existing features. You’ll partner with internal teams, including Grading, Marketplace and Operations to identify new ways that AI/ML can add value to both our internal and external customers. You will be responsible for developing the product vision for AIML and working hand in hand with technical partners to determine feasibility and prioritization.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in an ambiguous, fast paced environment; leading strategic roadmap prioritization processes with senior leadership; partnering with technical teams to build innovative solutions; managing multiple stakeholders; and implementing mechanisms to improve processes at scale. The successful candidate will combine superior communication skills with the analytical horsepower to break down complex problems and possess a strong will to get stuff done. The candidate will have a strong track record of operating both at strategic and tactical level.

This role can be located at our Santa Ana, California location; Jersey City, New Jersey location; Seattle, Washington location; or remote*.

  • Remote or hybrid candidates will also be considered. We believe that there is significant value in in-person collaboration. If you live within a 1 hour commuting distance to one of our offices, you will be required to be onsite most of the time. This will be discussed further as part of the recruiting process.
