We are seeking a Senior Product Test Design Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing test plans and procedures for complex products. This includes utilizing expertise in test design, product development, and technical skills to ensure the highest quality products are delivered to our customers.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in test design, product development, and technical skills, with experience in Python, Node.js, Machine Learning, and AWS. They will be able to work effectively in a team environment, communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop test plans and procedures for complex products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure test plans and procedures meet customer requirements.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including test plans, procedures, and reports.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and other team members.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in test design, product development, and technical skills.
- Strong background in Python, Node.js, Machine Learning, and AWS.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
