We are seeking a Senior Research Engineer/Scientist to join our team and contribute to the development of on-device transformer models. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning, research engineering, and experience with transformer models.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop on-device transformer models for AI applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate models into our products.
- Conduct research and experiments to improve model performance and efficiency.
- Develop and maintain high-quality software components.
- Communicate research results and findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Ph.D. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in research engineering and machine learning.
- Strong background in transformer models and on-device computing.
- Excellent programming skills in Python.
- Experience with research software development and experimentation.
