Role & Responsibilities
- Be responsible for bioinformatics projects;
- Develop the web-based tools or standalone tools for synthetic biology, protein engineering and antibody engineering;
- Develop algorithms to assist customers in solving technical barriers;
- Data mining (including deep learning) and analysis on synthesis related data;
Qualifications
- PhD Degree in bioinformatics or deep learning, with at least three years of experience in algorithm/model development;
- Knowledgeable in the field of molecular biology or protein;
- Proficiency in Python/Java/C++.
- Proficiency in Pytorch/Tensorflow.
- Preferable if the candidate has experience in natural language processing and large language model.
- Preferable if the candidate has experience in pre-trained language models and generative AI;
- Preferable if the candidate has experience in algorithm, software and pipeline development;
- Proactively participating in collaborative and innovative projects;
- Having a keen sense of responsibility, self-motivation, and good communication and teamwork skills.
