Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement security controls for cloud and on-premises systems
- Conduct penetration testing and vulnerability assessments
- Develop secure coding practices and review code for security flaws
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate security into development workflows
- Monitor and respond to security alerts and incidents
- Evaluate and deploy security tools (WAF, IDS/IPS, EDR)
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in security engineering or related fields
- Expertise in penetration testing, vulnerability assessment, and secure coding
- Proficiency in cloud security (AWS, GCP, Azure) and compliance standards
- Strong knowledge of cryptography, network security, and attack vectors
- Experience with security automation and scripting (Python, Bash)
