This role demands a comprehensive knowledge of ServiceNow modules, exceptional problem-solving skills, and the capability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. What you'll do:
- Manage daily administration of the ServiceNow platform, includes routine maintenance, patching, and upgrades.
- Develop reliable and scalable applications, workflows, and overall automation, streamlining processes, improving experience, enhancing productivity, and enforcing data hygiene.
- Implement and manage integrations with third-party systems.
- Improve development capabilities, when possible, to accelerate demand delivery while not compromising quality and experience.
- Apply thought leadership to understand dependencies, maintain security, and ensure performance and stability.
- Maintain instance health by adhering to and carrying out ServiceNow best practices through configuration and development, leveraging OOTB features, capabilities, and configurations wherever possible.
- Promote continuous improvement and implement platform performance optimization strategies to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Maintain compliance and strive for swift controlled adoption of platform upgrades, patches, and hotfixes.
- Implement reports and dashboards as needed
- Build and maintain technical design and configuration documentation.
- Provide mentoring through example and knowledge sharing.
