We also have a Technology Hub in Portugal. We develop technology and innovation to transform and enhance the overall living experience.
With the support of a world-class team of investors and advisors, including Kaszek, Qualcomm, General Atlantic, and SoftBank, Grupo QuintoAndar is currently valued at over USD 5.1 billion and continues to grow year over year.
Location & Remote Work
Our technology team operates under a "remote-first" model, which means we work from home and can live anywhere in Brazil. We also offer the option of working from our São Paulo offices or partner coworking spaces, up to twice a week.
About the Team
Our mission is to democratize efficiency through low and no-code platforms, allowing QuintoAndar's business users to build their own solutions autonomously and without risk to the company. With the advancement of hyperautomation and the increasing use of LLMs, we face the challenge of enabling non-technical people to become developers of their own automations and projects, using natural language and platforms such as Zapier, Base44 and others.
Our team's role is to build the necessary abstractions and guardrails to reduce technical complexity, ensuring that this new creative power follows strict security, scalability, and platform governance guidelines. We are looking for professionals who want to help us shape this new layer of technology, ensuring that the innovation brought by AI is sustainable and secure for the entire company ecosystem.
The Challenge
We are looking for a professional with solid experience in Software Engineering and knowledge of Platform Governance topics, aiming to build protections in low-code and no-code tools contracted in order to avoid risks that users may create for the company in their projects.
