We are seeking a Senior Support Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and expertise to our customers. You will work closely with our development team to resolve complex technical issues and provide guidance on the use of our products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and effective technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Work closely with the development team to resolve complex technical issues and provide guidance on the use of our products.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of our products and technologies, including Python, Node.js, Machine Learning, and AWS.
- Collaborate with other support teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Identify and report technical issues and trends to the development team.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in a technical support role, preferably in a software development company.
- Strong knowledge of Python, Node.js, Machine Learning, and AWS technologies.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
