As a Senior Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and expertise to customers and internal teams, with a focus on AI and machine learning technologies. You will work closely with our engineering teams to resolve complex technical issues and provide guidance on best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and expertise to customers and internal teams via phone, email, and chat.
- Work closely with engineering teams to resolve complex technical issues and provide guidance on best practices.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of our products and services, including AI and machine learning technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues.
- Develop and deliver training and documentation to internal teams on technical topics.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in a technical support or engineering role.
- Strong knowledge of Python, Node.js, and machine learning technologies.
- Experience with cloud-based services, including AWS.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
