We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Support Engineer to join our team in Tokyo. As a Senior Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and expertise to our customers, identifying and resolving complex technical issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and expertise to customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Identify and resolve complex technical issues, escalating as necessary to ensure timely resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and other resources to support customer success.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activity to inform technical support strategies and recommendations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical support, customer success, or a related field.
- Proven expertise in Python, Node.js, Machine Learning, and AWS, with a strong understanding of cloud-based technologies.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
