As a Senior Training Specialist / Learning Liaison, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs that meet the needs of employees and customers. You will work closely with subject matter experts to design and deliver training content, leveraging your expertise in adult learning theory and instructional design. You will also be responsible for maintaining and updating existing training programs, as well as evaluating their effectiveness. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and provide support for the implementation of new technologies and processes.
