About the Role
We are launching a brand new AI agent platform that aims to become the digital assistant of choice for small and medium-sized businesses. As a Senior Designer, you will shape the look and feel and the overall experience of a next-generation intelligent assistant ecosystem.
Your task will be to develop intuitive, elegant, and efficient interfaces that make complex business logic user-friendly. This position is ideal for designers who thrive in an innovative and fast-paced environment and ensure that our technology is intuitive, engaging, and user-friendly.
Responsibilities
- Designing and Improving User Journeys: Conceive and refine user journeys with a focus on improved usability and optimized, automated workflows to maximize user satisfaction.
- Rapid Prototyping and High-Fidelity Mockups: Quickly translate ideas and requirements into high-fidelity prototypes, accelerating our interactive and agile development process.
- UI/UX Interface Design: Develop visually appealing and interactive elements, ensuring consistency and accessibility across our next-generation web-based platform.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders. Provide clear and actionable design documentation and actively participate in sprint planning.
- Conducting User Tests and Feedback Sessions: Conduct usability tests, gather feedback, and refine designs to ensure optimal user experiences that align with insights into user behavior.
- Developing and Maintaining Design Systems: Contribute to the design system to ensure speed, consistency, and a unified design language across the entire product portfolio.
Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who combine creativity with technical expertise and practical experience:
- Over 5 years of experience in User Experience, User Interface, and Design with a focus on complex and modern digital products.
- Experience in designing complex web applications: Proven track record in designing feature-rich, functional, and visually appealing web-based applications that go beyond marketing websites.
- Mastery of leading design tools: Proficiency in industry-leading UX/UI design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Canva).
- Adaptability in a fast-paced environment: Proven ability to handle dynamic work environments and meet tight deadlines for design deliverables.
- In-depth knowledge of agent workflows (highly valued): Insight into modern trends in automation, AI, and multi-agent system workflows.
- Comprehensive Portfolio: A solid portfolio demonstrating in-depth expertise in user-flow design, wireframing, and translating concepts into mature, production-ready mockups.
