Lead the Systems Safety Engineering team as a Deputy Program Manager for the Sentinel program. Ensure the development and implementation of safety-critical systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate safety risks. Develop and implement safety procedures and protocols. Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Requirements
- Master's degree in a related field, such as Systems Safety Engineering, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in Systems Safety Engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Experience with safety-critical systems and software development.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards, such as DO-178C and MIL-STD-882.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
