  • 10+ years of experience in Systems Safety Engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Experience with safety-critical systems and software development.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards, such as DO-178C and MIL-STD-882.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
