We are seeking a highly skilled Industrial Engineer to join our team as a Sentinel Principal/Sr Principal. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing Master Production Scheduling (MPS) solutions to drive business growth and optimize production processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze production data, identify areas for improvement, and develop and implement process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Master Production Scheduling (MPS) solutions to drive business growth and optimize production processes.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze production data, identify areas for improvement, and develop and implement process improvements.
- Collaborate with production planners, schedulers, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely production planning and scheduling.
- Develop and maintain complex production schedules, including resource allocation and capacity planning.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in industrial engineering, production planning, or a related field.
- Proven experience with Master Production Scheduling (MPS) software and systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze complex production data and develop effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
