As a Principal Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing complex systems, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring system reliability and security. You will work closely with our development teams to ensure that our systems meet the required standards and are scalable, maintainable, and secure. You will also be responsible for identifying and mitigating technical risks, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement complex systems, including architecture, infrastructure, and software components.
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure system reliability, security, and scalability.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure system meets required standards.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Develop and maintain system documentation, including design documents, technical notes, and user guides.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in systems engineering, with a focus on complex systems design and implementation.
- Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and ensuring system reliability, security, and scalability.
- Strong understanding of cloud computing, DevOps, and machine learning technologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with development teams and stakeholders.
- BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
