We are seeking a Program Cost and Schedule Control Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with cost estimating, schedule control, and data analysis. This role will be responsible for analyzing and reporting on program costs and schedules, identifying areas for improvement, and developing and implementing cost and schedule control processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and report on program costs and schedules to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement cost and schedule control processes to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with program managers and other stakeholders to identify and address cost and schedule risks.
- Develop and maintain cost and schedule estimates, including labor, material, and other costs.
- Provide data analysis and reporting to support program decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, engineering, or mathematics.
- 5+ years of experience in cost estimating, schedule control, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with SAP or other enterprise resource planning systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop recommendations.
