As a Sr. Principal Mechanical Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of mechanical systems and components for complex aerospace and defense projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that designs meet performance, safety, and reliability requirements. You will also be responsible for mentoring junior engineers and providing technical guidance and oversight to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Requirements:
