As a Sr. Staff Engineer Systems - DevOps Integration & Test Lead, you will lead the integration and test efforts for Sentinel systems. This role will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the system, identifying and resolving technical issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and improvement. You will have expertise in DevOps practices, test automation, and system integration, with a strong understanding of machine learning and cloud-based technologies such as AWS.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the integration and test efforts for Sentinel systems, ensuring timely and successful delivery of projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and improvement, identifying and resolving technical issues and implementing process improvements.
- Develop and maintain DevOps practices, including automation, continuous integration, and continuous deployment.
- Design and implement test automation frameworks to ensure efficient and effective testing.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in software development, DevOps, and system integration.
- Strong expertise in Python, Node.js, and machine learning, with a strong understanding of cloud-based technologies such as AWS.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving innovation and improvement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
