As a Sr Principal Engineer, you will lead technical services and drive innovation and technical excellence in the Sentinel program. You will be responsible for developing and implementing technical strategies, leading cross-functional teams, and collaborating with stakeholders to achieve program objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement technical strategies to drive innovation and technical excellence in the Sentinel program.
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve program objectives and deliver high-quality results.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize technical requirements and develop solutions.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, test plans, and technical reports.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in the Sentinel program.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in software development, technical leadership, or related field.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering high-quality results.
- Strong technical skills in Python, Node.js, Machine Learning, and AWS, with experience in Cloud Computing and DevOps.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
