We are looking for a ServiceNow AI Architect to lead the design and implementation of next-generation, AI-powered enterprise solutions on the ServiceNow platform. This is a high-impact, strategic role where you will define how AI is embedded into enterprise workflows--driving intelligent automation, conversational AI, and autonomous operations at scale.
We are seeking a Strong and Seasoned ServiceNow Architect with deep expertise in AI-driven ServiceNow capabilities including:
* Now Assist
* Now Assist Virtual Agent (VA)
* Agentic AI
* Predictive Intelligence
* Task Intelligence
* AI Control Tower (AICT)
The ideal candidate will lead architecture, design, governance, and enterprise-scale implementation of AI-powered solutions on the ServiceNow platform. This role requires strategic thinking, strong technical leadership, and hands-on experience architecting intelligent automation, conversational AI, and AI governance frameworks within complex enterprise ecosystems.
Qualifications
* 10+ years of IT experience with 7+ years of deep ServiceNow experience.
* Proven experience architecting enterprise-scale AI solutions within ServiceNow.
* Strong hands-on expertise in Agentic AI, Now Assist, Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence, Task Intelligence, and AICT.
* Solid understanding of LLM architecture, prompt engineering, RAG frameworks, and AI validation methodologies.
* Experience designing Agentic AI orchestration and autonomous workflow solutions.
* Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, CMDB, integrations, and security best practices.
* Experience with enterprise integration patterns and API-led connectivity.
* ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required.
* CIS-ITSM, Certified Application Developer (CAD), and AI-related certifications preferred.
* Strong experience in Agile, SAFe, or enterprise delivery frameworks.
* Excellent stakeholder management, executive communication, and leadership skills.
* Ability to drive architectural governance and define enterprise AI standards.
