Responsibilities
Develop and customize ServiceNow applications and modules based on business requirements
Configure workflows, integrations, and automation processes within ServiceNow
Participate in design discussions, code reviews, and testing activities
Support production issues and provide ongoing maintenance for existing applications
Qualifications
3–10 years of relevant ServiceNow development experience
Experience in at least one ServiceNow module (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, IRM, HRSD, FSM)
Strong programming skills in JavaScript and hands-on experience with ServiceNow integrations and workflows
