Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications and workflows
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Optimize IT service management (ITSM) processes using ServiceNow
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and integrate ServiceNow modules
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in ServiceNow environments
- Document configurations, processes, and best practices for ServiceNow implementations
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development and administration experience
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and ITSM frameworks
- Proficiency in JavaScript, REST APIs, and ServiceNow scripting
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
