About the role

Fever is looking for a Social Media Manager to join our expanding team in NYC, managing some of the most exciting and cutting-edge projects in the world of immersive entertainment and experiences. This role will be an integral part of our marketing team as we continue to grow and expand our offering.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand objectives for key Fever Originals experiences across multiple social platforms.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of social media accounts, including content scheduling, posting, and community engagement.
  • Work closely with the design and copy team to create engaging and visually appealing content (graphics, videos, stories, etc.) tailored for each social media platform.
  • Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications and appropriately apply that knowledge to develop new strategies.
  • Execute paid social media campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads/ticket sales.
  • Analyze social media data and metrics to provide regular reports on campaign performance, audience growth, and engagement rates, using insights to optimize future strategies.
  • Implement social listening strategies to monitor brand mentions, track competitor activities, and identify opportunities for engagement.
  • Engage with the online community, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive brand image.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, PR, design, partnerships) to ensure brand consistency and align social media efforts with broader marketing initiatives.
  • Work with influencers and content creators to amplify reach and promote Fever Originals experiences.
  • Stay updated on social media best practices, platform changes, and emerging technologies.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience managing social media for a brand/company (agency experience is a plus).
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successfully developing and executing social media strategies that drive engagement and achieve business goals.
  • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.) and their respective best practices.
  • Strong understanding of social media analytics, reporting tools, and KPIs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to create compelling and engaging content across various formats (text, image, video).
  • Experience with paid social media campaigns and a solid understanding of targeting and optimization techniques.
  • Familiarity with social listening tools and community management.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for live entertainment, immersive experiences, and cultural events.
  • Proficiency in English.
