About the Role and Mission

You will be part of the voice team and will work on the development of the GenAI solution that will provide the first customer service for clients who contact Inter.

Daily Responsibilities

  • Create, test, and optimize prompts to maximize the quality and consistency of language model responses.
  • Develop and structure knowledge bases using RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) techniques.
  • Evaluate and refine the behavior of AI agents, identifying response patterns and adjusting approaches for greater efficiency.
  • Increase the accuracy and reliability of responses through advanced prompt engineering techniques.

What We Are Looking For

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Practical experience with generative AI model APIs.
  • Knowledge of Python for prompt test automation and data integration.
  • Understanding of how vector databases work.
  • Experience in consuming and integrating with REST APIs.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and working in multidisciplinary teams.
  • Completed higher education.
  • Availability to work in person (onsite model).

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with AI performance quality metrics.
  • Experience with building and evolving conversational agents.
  • Familiarity with AI platforms and models such as OpenIA, GeminiAI, or similar.
